Sunbelt Drayage, LLC ("Sunbelt Drayage," "we," "us," or "our") is a Houston, Texas-based container drayage carrier. This policy covers our public website, our quote request and driver application forms, phone calls, SMS, and email exchanged with our dispatch and recruiting teams, and our customer portal.

2. What we collect

• Information you submit: name, company, email, phone number, lane and shipment details, and, for driver applicants, CDL details and TWIC status.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device user agent, pages visited, referring page, and UTM campaign parameters.
• Communications: calls to our dispatch or recruiting lines may be recorded and transcribed; SMS messages and emails exchanged with us are retained.
• Location data: for drivers and applicants who become drivers, GPS location data from their assigned vehicle.

3. How we use it

We use the information we collect to respond to quote requests and driver applications, dispatch and track loads, communicate with customers and drivers, operate and secure our website, and comply with applicable law and Department of Transportation record-keeping requirements.

Operational AI and training

Sunbelt Drayage uses internal AI systems to help dispatch loads, classify inbound communications, and draft responses. We may use de-identified operational records and communications to improve and train these internal systems. This use is internal to Sunbelt Drayage and this information is not sold to third parties. Individuals may opt out of having their information used for this internal training purpose by emailing privacy@sunbeltdrayage.com.

4. Sharing

We share information with service providers who support our operations, such as website hosting, analytics, and telephony providers, and, for driver applicants who consent, background and motor vehicle record (MVR) check providers. We share information with port terminals and customers as necessary to perform a move, and we disclose information when required by law or legal process. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. SMS terms

By providing a phone number and submitting a form on this website, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Sunbelt Drayage related to your quote or application. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics, and may use advertising pixels, to understand site usage and improve our services.
